Lotus Health and Shenzhen Advanced Electronic Materials International Innovation Institute held working talks

Recently, Li Houwen, chairman of Lotus Health, met with Sun Rong, president of Shenzhen Advanced Electronic Materials International Innovation Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Electronic Materials Institute") in Shenzhen, and had in-depth exchanges on the future cooperation between the two sides in ABF membrane and other fields.

In order to further implement the exchange consensus between the two sides, on January 4, 2024, Lotus Health Director and Chief Quality Officer Zheng Dezhou and his party held working talks with Xiao Bin, Deputy Director of the Strategic Development Center of the Electronic Materials Institute. The two sides briefly introduced their respective developments, focusing on in-depth exchanges and discussions on future cooperation issues.

Zhang Guoqing, General Manager of Lotus Health R & D and Quality Control Center, and Wang Ke, Industry Research Director of Strategic Planning Department of Electronic Materials Institute, attended the meeting.

It is understood that the Shenzhen Advanced Electronic Materials International Innovation Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the "Electronic Materials Institute") was formally established in 2019, focusing on high-end electronic packaging materials for integrated circuits. The Institute of Electronic Materials is one of the top ten new basic research institutions in Shenzhen jointly established by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shenzhen. It has built China's first "R & D-testing-pilot-verification" closed-loop platform for high-end integrated circuit packaging materials, which can fully support the material verification needs of relevant domestic enterprises and accelerate the localization process of key core technical materials.

The Electronic Materials Institute takes the research and development and application of key material technologies for chip-level packaging and wafer-level packaging as its core, and fully relies on the good research and industrial foundation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to initiate the establishment of the Greater Bay Area Advanced Electronic Materials Industry-University-Research Alliance and the Baoan District 5G Industrial Technology and Application Innovation Alliance, bringing together domestic and foreign academic and industrial superior resources to build China's high-end electronic materials research and innovation centers and innovative scientific research institutions with world influence.
