Recently, Hangzhou Lotus Technology Innovation Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Xinglin Technology Co., Ltd. held a meeting, and the two parties made arrangements for accelerating the promotion of computing power business.

The meeting was co-chaired by Cao Jiasheng, President, Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director of Lotus Health, and Wang Jian, Chairman of Hangzhou Xinglin. The meeting made clear the establishment of a joint working group, and made a plan for the landing of the Shanghai Lingang full-immersion liquid-cooled high-density intelligent computing center computing cluster. The two sides reached a consensus to speed up the delivery arrangement of Avida H800 computing power server (configured as NVLINK H800 SXM 80G * 8 GPU) in the "Purchase Contract" previously signed by Landing Lotus Kechuang and Xinhua 3 Information, and plan to expand the construction of a number of computing power clusters on the basis of the existing scale of Shanghai Lingang computer room.

At present, NVIDIA's high-end computing card supply chain may face external factors of disturbance, in this context, Lotus Kechuang and Xinhua Three are stepping up the stocking arrangements for computing servers, the two sides will be in accordance with the previously signed "strategic cooperation agreement" and "procurement contract" in the agreement, on schedule delivery of 330 computing servers.

Hangzhou Xinglin, as a leading provider of overall solutions for the intelligent computing center in China, has independent intellectual property rights of liquid-cooled intelligent computing product system, intelligent computing center operation and maintenance integrated management platform and other hardware and software comprehensive capabilities, to join hands with Lotus Science and Technology and related strength partners to speed up the landing of the intelligent computing center business.
