On November 22, to further enhance the company's governance level, stimulate organizational vitality, and strengthen the understanding and application of relevant laws and regulations among directors, supervisors, and senior management, Lianhua Holdings held a special training meeting on compliance with equity incentives, inviting a professional team from CITIC Securities to conduct the training. Company directors, supervisors, senior executives, and department heads attended the meeting both in person and via video.

This training focused on the relevant normative policies related to equity incentives, providing a systematic interpretation in conjunction with information disclosure and practical cases. All participants were fully engaged, diligently recording key information, and had in-depth discussions with the instructors during the interactive session, further promoting their understanding and mastery of the relevant normative policies and the significance of implementing equity incentives.

Through the continuous implementation of equity incentives, the interests of the company and employees are more closely linked, which can fully mobilize the team's enthusiasm and combat effectiveness. This is of great significance for the company to further establish and improve the medium- and long-term incentive mechanism and promote high-quality leapfrog development.
