On November 27, Mei Shenlin, Chief Operating Officer of Lianhua Holdings, held a working meeting with Han Xia, Deputy General Manager of Yihai Kerry Zhoukou Enterprise Group. Senior Vice President Zeng Yanshuo, Chief Quality Officer Zheng Dezhou, and others attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mei Shenlin first warmly welcomed Han Xia and her team, and introduced the development history, main business, development strategy, and current operating conditions of Lianhua Holdings. Mei Shenlin stated that in recent years, the company has continuously consolidated and expanded its advantages around its main business track, while also increasing the expansion of new channels and the development of new products, focusing on creating more 'safe, healthy, and delicious' new high-quality products. Recently, Lianhua Matsutake Fresh was awarded the 2024 Consumer Favorite Product in the condiment industry at the 'Taste of China' 2024 Condiment Industry Star Glory Ceremony organized by the China Condiment Association.

Han Xia expressed appreciation for the significant operational achievements of Lianhua Holdings in recent years and provided a detailed introduction to the operational situation, unique advantages, and future plans of Yihai Kerry Zhoukou Enterprise Group.

Both parties focused on in-depth discussions and exchanges regarding product research and development, business cooperation, and expressed their unanimous intention to actively leverage their respective advantages, explore cooperation opportunities, and achieve results as soon as possible.

It is understood that Yihai Kerry Group is a diversified enterprise group invested by Singapore's Wilmar International Limited, a Fortune Global 500 company, which has successfully created well-known brands such as 'Golden Dragon Fish', 'Hujihua', and 'Koufu'. In August 2020, the 'Yihai Kerry (Zhoukou) Modern Food Industrial Park' invested by 'Yihai Kerry' officially signed and settled in Zhoukou. The industrial park is planned to cover an area of approximately 2,800 acres, with a total planned investment of over 10 billion yuan. The first phase of construction has a duration of 2 years, and the overall investment project is expected to be completed within 6 years. Once the project reaches production capacity, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of over 26 billion yuan.
