Recently, the company's Human Resources Department visited numerous universities to conduct campus recruitment activities for the 2025 management trainee program, attracting many students to participate.

From July 3rd to 4th, Lianhua Holdings held a new employee training session for the first half of the year for the seasoning products sector at the company's new headquarters in the new district. This training was for new employees recruited from campuses and some socially recruited employees who had passed the written examination and interview stages and officially joined the company. Senior Vice President Zeng Yanshuo, Chief Quality Officer Zheng Dezhou, Chief Financial Officer Yu Teng, Chief Talent Officer Wang Jin, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board Liu Jun, among others, attended the event. Relevant functional department heads or business backbones of the company participated in the meeting and gave lectures. Newly hired employees from departments such as the marketing center, production center, R&D center, and quality control center participated in the training.

Sharing personal growth experience at Lianhua for nearly 40 years

At the opening ceremony of the training program, Wang Jin, on behalf of the company's management, extended a warm welcome to the new colleagues joining the Lianhua family and introduced the company's business development. He stated that in recent years, in order to thoroughly implement the brand revitalization strategy, the company has adhered to innovation based on its strengths, deepened reforms, and focused on the "six new" initiatives, significantly improving its operational management capabilities, continuously enhancing its internal driving force, and achieving continuous breakthroughs in business scale and efficiency. Among them, the introduction of new talent is one of the key points of the "six new" work. The company continues to accelerate the introduction of new talent through campus recruitment and social recruitment, continuously injecting fresh blood into the company's talent team building. He hopes that everyone will take this training as an opportunity: to use the key to reset, the key to evolution, and the key to integration to open the door to understanding Lianhua's 42 years of struggle; to establish a team that works across regions, departments, and professions; and to build a solid foundation for food safety, which is paramount in the industry. He looks forward to everyone quickly integrating into the Lianhua family, continuously showcasing their talents, and contributing new wisdom and strength to Lianhua's high-quality development.

This opening training session lasted two days and covered modules including brand development history, development strategy, corporate culture, product system, systems and processes, production management, growth sharing, and park visits. After the opening training, there will also be on-the-job system training.
