Recently, most of Henan Province has experienced persistent hot and humid weather with temperatures exceeding 37℃, with some counties (cities, districts) in the north-central, eastern, and southern parts experiencing temperatures exceeding 40℃, and some areas exceeding 42℃. In the face of this persistent high-temperature weather, employees from all fronts of Lianhua Holdings have bravely faced the challenge, persevering at their posts in the heat, using their actions and sweat to write a chapter of struggle demonstrating their commitment to combating high temperatures, fighting the heat, ensuring production, maintaining supply, and demonstrating responsibility.

On the morning of July 16, Li Bin, Vice Chairman and CEO of Lianhua Holdings, led a team to visit frontline workers persevering in the high temperatures and delivered supplies to prevent heatstroke. Also present were Guo Jian, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union; Zheng Dezhou, Chief Quality Officer; Wang Jin, Chief Talent Officer; Liu Jun, Chairman of the Supervisory Board; and relevant department heads.

Li Bin and his team visited the production center, warehousing and logistics center, and new retail operation center, among other production and operation units, to express their concern for the frontline employees working hard in the high temperatures. At each location, they inquired in detail about the working conditions of employees under the high-temperature weather, listened to their concerns, and urged them to strengthen their self-protection, pay attention to heatstroke prevention and cooling, and ensure their health.

Li Bin demanded that in the face of this year's extreme high temperatures, all production and operation units must firmly establish a sense of responsibility for safety production. In particular, those in charge of production, warehousing, logistics, and sales departments must strictly implement measures to prevent heatstroke and cool down during high-temperature weather, prepare contingency plans, and ensure employee health and production safety through reasonable scheduling, staggered and rotating work, distribution of cooling supplies, and other methods. Relevant logistics support departments of the company should focus on the needs of frontline employees, ensuring their health and providing supporting services for heatstroke prevention and cooling, and safe production.
