On November 6, Lianhua Holdings held its Q4 2025 Business Operations Meeting, comprehensively reviewing this year's business performance, analyzing existing issues and shortcomings, and refocusing on and accelerating key tasks for the final two months of the year to ensure a strong finish. Li Bin, Vice Chairman and CEO of the company, chaired the meeting and delivered a speech. Attendees included members of the company's executive leadership team, as well as heads from all business units and functional departments.

At the meeting, heads of the company's various business units and functional departments comprehensively reported on this year's progress and achievements in their respective areas, aligned with the annual task objectives. They also outlined key priorities for the upcoming period before the New Year, along with specific improvement measures designed to address existing issues and shortcomings.

After listening to work reports from heads of various units and relevant senior executives in charge, Li Bin provided detailed comments on the progress of each unit’s initiatives and offered guidance on how to further improve and enhance their performance in the next steps.

Li Bin pointed out that, since the beginning of this year, the company has been guided by its "Brand Revitalization Strategy," diligently focusing on implementing annual goals and tasks. This approach has effectively propelled both business growth and deepened reforms, yielding new and significant achievements. While celebrating these accomplishments, we must also remain clearly aware of existing shortcomings and areas for improvement, and make substantial efforts to address and enhance them.

To address key tasks set before the New Year and ensure a strong start in 2026, Li Bin put forward four points of advice.

First, we must remain confident and seize the momentum to give our all in the year-end sprint, ensuring that we fulfill the annual goals without compromise—and deliver a strong, successful finish to the year.

Second, initiate the budget preparation for 2026, ensure smooth coordination between year-end tasks and key initiatives at the start of next year, and deliver a strong opening performance in 2026.

Third, centered on business operations, we will continue to advance deepened reforms, optimizing and refining the "123456" operational management system—whose key support lies in the collaborative "production, supply, sales, storage, and transportation" mechanism—to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Fourth, focus on strategic planning around new product development and the establishment of new distribution channels. We must adhere to a long-term mindset, steadily advancing efforts to enhance our capabilities in new product R&D, as well as in promotion and sales. At the same time, we will continue strengthening the expansion and development of innovative channels. Building upon the success of Lotus Matsutake Fresh and Lotus Premium Soy Sauce, we are committed to creating even more groundbreaking, star-performing products that captivate consumers.

Li Bin finally emphasized that all units must align their thinking, stay confident, strengthen implementation, and vigorously promote the spirit of practical action and responsibility. They should focus on key priorities, go all out to accelerate toward the year-end task goals, ensure a successful final push, achieve a strong finish for the entire year, and make new, greater contributions to the company’s high-quality development through concrete actions and tangible results.
