From January 15 to 16, the “Speaking Together, Discovering Value”—High-Quality Innovation and Development Exchange Conference for Capital Markets, hosted by Tonghuashun and iFinD, along with the Tonghuashun 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony, was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. At the awards ceremony, Lianhua Holdings was honored on both the “Top 100 Most Popular Listed Companies” and the “Listed Companies Favored by Institutional Investors” lists in the 2025 Annual Listed Company Rankings. Previously, the company had been named to the “Top 100 Most Popular Listed Companies” for two consecutive years. Meanwhile, Gu Youqun, the company’s board secretary, was selected for the “Top 100 Most Popular Board Secretaries” list.

It is understood that the 2025 Tonghuashun Annual List of Listed Companies covers seven major categories of awards, including “Top 100 Most Popular Listed Companies,” “Listed Companies Favored by Institutional Investors,” and “Top 100 Most Popular Board Secretaries.” This selection event aims to identify outstanding board secretaries and investor relations teams at listed companies, enhance the enthusiasm for interactive communication between listed companies and investors, and make it easier to uncover the value of listed companies. At the same time, it will further promote the standardization of listed companies’ market capitalization management systems and jointly witness innovation and transformation in China’s investor relations field.

As the first publicly listed company in China’s seasoning industry and a domestic brand with over four decades of history, in recent years, Lianhua Holdings has been driven by a brand-revitalization strategy, consistently adhering to the principles of strengthening our core competencies while fostering innovation and undertaking bold reforms. We have focused on enhancing our operational and management capabilities, vigorously promoting the transformation and upgrading of our product and channel strategies, and launching comprehensive, multi-dimensional efforts both offline and online. As a result, our development quality has steadily improved, and our key business indicators have maintained leading growth rates in the industry for consecutive years.

Currently, the company is fully advancing its “dual-engine” strategy of consumer business plus technology. On the consumer side, we continue to focus on our core businesses in seasonings and food products, making steady progress in new product R&D and sales as well as in expanding and developing new distribution channels, thereby continuously enhancing and strengthening our core operations. On the technology side, while firmly maintaining our computing power services business, we are leveraging our comprehensive strengths accumulated in areas such as large-scale AI models to strategically launch a variety of smart terminal products and accelerate the iterative upgrades of our products and services.

In the future, the company will focus intensively on comprehensively enhancing its “seven core capabilities”—product strength, brand power, channel strength, cultural strength, supply chain capability, digital capability, and organizational strength—to inject strong momentum into our “dual-drive” strategy. We will strive to open up a new chapter of high-quality development for Lianhua Holdings, creating greater value and returns for our customers, employees, shareholders, partners, and investors, and making new contributions to economic and social development.
