On January 21, Lianhua Holdings made a targeted donation of 520,000 yuan to Yanran Angel Children’s Hospital in Chaoyang District, Beijing, which is facing operational difficulties. This donation will be specifically allocated to medical assistance and rehabilitation support for children with cleft lip and palate, helping more children from impoverished families gain access to professional medical care and treatment.

It is reported that Yanran Angel Children’s Hospital is a privately-run, non-profit comprehensive children’s hospital co-founded in 2012 by Li Yaping and Faye Wong. The hospital is dedicated to providing medical care and assistance to children born with congenital defects such as cleft lip and cleft palate. As the country’s first privately-run, non-profit comprehensive children’s hospital, it has long been focused on providing aid to children with cleft lip and cleft palate. Over the past 13 years, the hospital has performed more than 11,000 cleft lip and cleft palate surgeries, with 7,000 children receiving fully free treatment. Recently, the hospital has faced a crisis that threatened its closure, but it has received heartfelt support from all sectors of society.

As a domestic brand with over four decades of history, Lianhua Holdings has actively fulfilled its social responsibilities as a publicly listed company for many years, widely participating in public welfare initiatives such as disaster relief, epidemic prevention, poverty alleviation, and education assistance.
