On February 10, to comprehensively review and summarize the achievements of all 2025 work items, precisely analyze existing problems and shortcomings, and lay out key operational priorities for the coming year—while also charting a course for the company to seize opportunities and build on momentum in the inaugural year of the nation’s 15th Five-Year Plan—Lotus Holdings held its 2025 Performance Review Meeting and 2026 Key Operational Work Deployment Meeting. Li Bin, Vice Chairman and CEO of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a concluding speech. Nearly one hundred participants—including members of the company’s management team, mid-level managers, branch managers, and representatives from frontline core personnel—attended the meeting. Wang Jin, Chief Talent Officer of the company, chaired the meeting.

Li Bin, Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO of the company, delivered a concluding speech.

At the meeting, heads of various business units and functional departments took to the stage one after another to deliver their work reports. Drawing on detailed data and typical case studies, they not only pragmatically summarized their achievements and experiences but also frankly addressed existing problems and shortcomings. Moreover, they put forward targeted new initiatives and goals for future work.

After listening to the work reports from each unit, Li Bin delivered a concluding speech. First, on behalf of the company’s board of directors and management team, he fully recognized and sincerely thanked all units and every Lotus employee for their hard work, remarkable achievements, and significant contributions over the past year in reviving the company’s brand, driving reform and innovation, and promoting business development. Drawing on the actual situations of each unit, Li Bin vividly and aptly commented on their performance using five distinct profiles: “spearhead,” “bedrock,” “surgical,” “seed-sowing,” and “warning.”

Li Bin pointed out that in 2025, guided by the “dual-wheel drive” development strategy, the company will remain committed to strengthening its foundations while fostering innovation, continue deepening reform, and effectively propel the company’s business development to maintain a high-growth trajectory, achieving new breakthroughs in both business scale and profitability.

Li Bin pointed out that while reviewing and summarizing our remarkable achievements, we must also soberly recognize the existing shortcomings and weaknesses. We should maintain a proactive mindset of starting from scratch—keeping a clean slate—toward the accomplishments and honors we’ve achieved. As for the shortcomings and weaknesses in operations, management, and business development, we must adopt a spirit of courage and determination to tackle the toughest challenges head-on.

Li Bin emphasized that 2026 marks the beginning of the nation’s 15th Five-Year Plan and is also a pivotal year for Lianhua to fully advance its “consumption + technology” dual-drive strategy, paving the way for the next five-year development phase. Seizing this new historical opportunity and aligning with the company’s development goals for the next five years, we must focus intently on comprehensively enhancing our “seven core capabilities”—product strength, brand strength, channel strength, cultural strength, supply chain capability, digital capability, and organizational capability—to holistically boost the company’s core competitiveness.

All employees must align their thinking and actions with the company’s strategic plan, focusing closely on enhancing the company’s “seven core capabilities.” We must hone new skills, reach new heights, and make outstanding contributions to the new journey, thereby making fresh and even greater contributions to powerfully driving the company’s high-quality development to a new level.
