On the evening of April 22, Lianhua Holdings disclosed its 2025 annual report and its Q1 2026 report, revealing that both the company’s full-year and Q1 2026 core performance metrics reached all-time highs, underscoring robust growth momentum.

According to the financial report, in 2025 Lotus Holdings achieved operating revenue of RMB 3.452 billion, up 30.45% year on year; net profit attributable to owners of the parent company reached RMB 309 million, a year-on-year increase of 52.59%; and net profit attributable to owners of the parent company after deducting non-recurring items totaled RMB 296 million, up 45.42% year on year. Both revenue and profit posted robust year-on-year growth, reflecting sustained improvement in profitability.

In the first quarter of 2026, the company recorded operating revenue of RMB 1.016 billion, up 28.01% year on year; net profit attributable to owners of the parent company reached RMB 143 million, a year-on-year increase of 42.06%; and net profit attributable to owners of the parent company after deducting non-recurring items amounted to RMB 139 million, up 39.18% year on year. The strong performance in the first quarter has delivered a solid start, laying a robust foundation for high-quality development throughout the year.

Looking ahead, Lianhua Holdings will continue to deepen its core business while strengthening its AI technology as a second growth driver. Through solid operational performance and sustained value creation, the company aims to deliver stronger financial results that reward its broad base of investors and achieve higher-quality, leapfrog development.
