On March 5, Lianhua Holdings held a commemorative meeting and awards ceremony to mark International Women’s Day (March 8). Attending the meeting were members of the company’s management team, including Chief Financial Officer Yu Teng, Chief Talent Officer Wang Jin, and Chief Manufacturing Officer Tian Li. Also in attendance were female employees who had been honored with the company’s “March 8 Red Banner” and “Civilized Post for Women” titles, as well as heads of relevant departments and employee representatives.

At the meeting, Wang Jin read out the “Decision on Commending the ‘March 8th Red Flag Holders’ and ‘Women’s Civilized Posts’ Honorary Titles,” fully recognizing the significant contributions made by female employees to the company’s high-quality development.

During this recognition event, six colleagues from the Company’s Marketing Center, International Business Center, Production Center, Warehousing and Logistics Center, General Office, and Zhejiang Lianhua Food Co., Ltd. were awarded the title of “March 8th Red Flag Bearer” by the company, thanks to their outstanding work performance and excellent professional conduct. Meanwhile, the automated team from the Second Workshop of Monosodium Glutamate No. 1 Factory in the Company’s Production Center was honored with the title of “Civilized Post for Women” for its rigorous and pragmatic work style and its commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.

In his speech, Yang Weifeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, extended festive greetings and high respect on behalf of the company to all female employees who are working diligently at their respective posts. He also extended warm congratulations to the outstanding individuals and teams that have been recognized, fully acknowledging the wisdom and strength that the vast number of female employees have contributed to the company’s business development. As we enter the new year, he encouraged everyone to stay firmly focused on the company’s goal of high-quality development, uphold the “self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance, and self-improvement” spirit of women, remain committed to our duties, study diligently and think critically, continuously enhance our professional competence and overall capabilities, and with even greater enthusiasm and high spirits, bravely shoulder our responsibilities, shine brightly, keep up the good work, and achieve new successes on the broad stage of Lianhua Holdings.

During the meeting, award-winning employee representatives shared their insights and experiences based on their actual work, exchanging ideas and passing on the spirit of striving forward. The meeting also featured a special lecture on women’s health knowledge from the “Lotus Lecture Hall,” offering thoughtful health care and support to female employees.

On August 26, Lianhua Holdings held the 2026 “Golden Autumn Assistance” scholarship award ceremony, presenting RMB 1,000 in scholarships to each of 60 students, along with gift sets containing Lianhua edible oil and fresh matsutake mushrooms. The event was attended by Chief Talent Officer Wang Jin, Chief Manufacturing Officer and General Manager of the Production Center Tian Li, Assistant to the Chairman and General Manager of the Audit and Supervision Department Liu Yaofeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Trade Union Yang Weifeng, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Zhao Shuaiyou.
