On August 19, Zeng Yanshuo, Vice Chairman and CEO of Lianhua Holdings, held a working meeting with a delegation led by Zhou Xiaowei, Chairman of Zhimeizhai, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Mei Shenlin, General Manager of the Marketing Center, Qiu Tao, and Zhimeizhai’s Director of Key Accounts, Liu Guocheng, also attended.

Strategic Cooperation Signing Ceremony

Prior to the bilateral talks, Zhou Xiaowei and his delegation conducted an on-site visit to Lianhua Holdings’ corporate exhibition hall, its R&D and quality‑control center, and other facilities, gaining a thorough understanding of the company’s development trajectory, brand culture, product R&D, and production and operations.

At the symposium, Zeng Yanshuo extended a warm welcome to Zhou Xiaowei and his delegation, and outlined the company’s development journey, strategic vision, R&D achievements, product portfolio, as well as its production and operational performance. He also highlighted the new progress made in advancing the “Consumption + Technology” dual‑engine strategy.

Zhou Xiaowei expressed his appreciation for the operational and developmental achievements of Lianhua Holdings, and outlined Zhimei Zhai’s development journey, business model, product R&D, production processes, and other distinctive strengths, as well as its future growth plans.

The two parties jointly reviewed the positive outcomes of their earlier cooperation and engaged in thorough discussions, focusing on deepening future collaboration. They unanimously agreed that their business strategies and product‑development philosophies are highly aligned, underscoring the substantial potential and promising prospects for continued partnership. Both sides stated that they will seize this strategic cooperation as an opportunity to fully leverage their respective strengths, strengthen mutual complementarity, expand areas of collaboration, and pursue comprehensive cooperation at deeper levels and across broader domains. According to reports, Guangzhou Zhimei Zhai Sauce Factory Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhimei Zhai”) is a directly managed enterprise of Guangzhou Lingnan Business Travel Investment Group Co., Ltd. As a time-honored Chinese brand, Zhimei Zhai was founded in 1608 and has a history spanning more than 400 years. The company primarily manufactures and markets eight major categories of seasonings, including soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, fermented bean curd, seasoning pastes, sauces, seasoning powders, and compound seasonings. It is the originator, custodian, and inheritor of the authentic Cantonese techniques for producing traditional seasonings, as well as a designated bearer of intangible cultural heritage.
