At the meeting, the heads of each business unit delivered comprehensive post‑mortem reports on their marketing and operational performance for the first half of 2026, systematically reviewing the achievements of the period, conducting an in-depth analysis of existing challenges and bottlenecks, and simultaneously outlining the core action plan for the second half of the year. Chief Operating Officer Mei Shenlin

Prepare a marketing work summary and plan.

Following the work reports from each business segment, Mei Shenlin delivered a systematic summary and strategic plan for marketing under the theme “From Marathon‑Level Precision Cultivation to Comprehensive Ecosystem Deepening: Five Increases and Four Elevations Forge a New Era of Enduring Success for Lianhua.” He noted that in the first half of the year, the four major operating segments—domestic marketing, international business, the flour company, and the fertilizer company—achieved steady progress with notable innovations, laying a solid foundation for the year’s targets. Significant new achievements were also realized in areas such as brand strength, product competitiveness, channel development, international market expansion, and anti‑counterfeiting and rights‑protection efforts. Meanwhile, the collaborative mechanism across the seven key domains—production, supply, sales, storage, transportation, quality, and research—continued to improve, resulting in a substantial boost in end-to-end operational efficiency.

In response to the existing shortcomings across all business segments, and guided by the overarching strategy of “consolidating fundamentals while pioneering innovation, and enhancing quality and efficiency,” we are advancing coordinated efforts across seven business lines in alignment with the “Five Increases and Four Elevations” framework. Specifically: first, we are refining production‑sales coordination and implementing meticulous production planning to ensure balanced output; second, we are strengthening accountability at the operational level and ensuring the effective execution of all initiatives; third, we are establishing three robust support systems to bolster cross‑functional synergy, deepen brand development and market‑order governance, and reinforce organizational management and marketing‑team building. We are also perfecting an operational model of “frontline market expansion, back‑office support, and end‑to‑end chain integration,” leveraging sustained commitment to deep market penetration and a collective, high‑spirited drive to deliver results. Through these measures, we are fully committed to achieving our annual business objectives and fostering Lotus Holdings’ stable operations and long‑term growth.

Zeng Yanshuo, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company

Deliver a concluding address.

After hearing a comprehensive report on the company’s operations, Zeng Yanshuo delivered a concluding address. He began by, on behalf of the Board of Directors and the management team, fully commending the business achievements attained in the first half of the year across the four major business segments, and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all marketing personnel for their outstanding contributions.

Zeng Yanshuo stated that, in the face of a complex and ever‑changing external environment, the marketing team has risen to the challenge by, on the one hand, consolidating its traditional channel base, optimizing the dealer empowerment system, and increasing the penetration of seasonings across household, catering, and food‑processing applications; and, on the other hand, strategically expanding into emerging product categories focused on youth appeal and health, thereby continuously enhancing the brand reputation and goodwill of domestic brands.

Zeng Yanshuo emphasized that the second half of the year is the critical period for securing the company’s full-year performance targets. With healthy consumer demand being unleashed and domestic brands brimming with innovative vitality, Lianhua is poised to seize structural growth opportunities. All marketing personnel must remain confident, optimize existing channel, brand, and product resources, address weaknesses, and unlock new sources of growth. In light of the marketing priorities for the second half, he set forth three key requirements for all members of the marketing team:

First, we must remain true to our original aspiration of hard work and strive with unwavering determination to achieve our annual goals. We should continue to uphold the fine traditions of the Lianhua team—our resilience, tenacity, and fearless spirit—stay firmly focused on our core annual targets, assign clear responsibilities, and refine our action plans. We will deepen our engagement in existing markets while aggressively expanding into new ones. By meticulously executing every task and ensuring that each objective delivers tangible results, we will shoulder the critical responsibility of driving robust marketing performance through down-to-earth, results‑oriented efforts.

Second, we must dare to innovate and break new ground, seizing market opportunities with a mindset of transformation. We need to dismantle entrenched ways of thinking, step outside our comfort zones, and proactively seek innovation and change. We will deepen the implementation of new marketing approaches—such as new‑media marketing, scenario‑based marketing, and youth‑oriented marketing—while vigorously advancing the launch and promotion of new products and strengthening channel empowerment at the point of sale, thereby precisely meeting diverse consumer demands. At the same time, we will continue to refine our dealer‑empowerment framework, further enhancing the synergistic efficiency of “production, supply, sales, storage, transportation, quality, and R&D,” and closing the loop across the entire value chain—from market to product to service. By driving breakthroughs through innovation and empowering through transformation, we will seize the initiative and gain a competitive edge in an increasingly fierce marketplace.

Third, we must unite the team’s collective strength and forge a development framework through shared purpose. All marketing professionals should align their efforts, move in concert, share insights, collaborate closely, and coordinate efficiently—working as one cohesive force to harness our combined momentum. By doing so, we will transform our team’s capabilities into the core competitive edge that enables Lotus to break through market barriers and achieve steady growth.

Zeng Yanshuo concluded by emphasizing that the call to press ahead in the second half of the year has been sounded, with opportunities spurring us on and our mission calling us forward. He expressed the hope that all colleagues will maintain an unwavering spirit of ambition, a bold resolve to overcome challenges, and the tenacity to see things through to the end—approaching their work with even greater enthusiasm, a more pragmatic approach, and renewed vigor—to give their all in sprinting toward the completion of all tasks for the second half, successfully achieving the year’s marketing objectives, and writing a new chapter of high‑quality development for Lianhua Holdings.

The meeting also honored outstanding individuals from marketing units that achieved exceptional results in the first half of the year.
