Following work reports from the management team members responsible for business units and functional divisions, Zeng Yanshuo provided a comprehensive review of the company’s overall performance in the first half of the year and outlined a systematic plan for the second half. He noted that, during the first six months, the company continued to advance its dual‑engine strategy of “consumption plus technology,” consolidating and expanding its core‑business strengths while steadily developing its computing‑power‑related ventures. As a result, the company maintained a favorable momentum of steady progress and quality improvement, essentially achieving the goal of “half the time, half the tasks completed.”

Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Zeng Yanshuo presented a work summary and outlined future plans.

Zeng Yanshuo emphasized that, while achieving new progress, it is equally important to remain keenly aware of existing shortcomings and weak points. Development across business segments remains uneven, with certain operating units falling significantly short of their budgetary targets, making the second-half tasks even more challenging. Overall progress in new-product R&D and market‑to‑sales conversion has failed to meet expectations. Moreover, in the course of deep‑seated institutional and systemic reforms, some persistent pain points and bottlenecks hindering organizational development have yet to be fully resolved. In the second half of the year, a series of measures addressing these deficiencies and weaknesses must be rigorously implemented, with particular focus on the following priorities: First, deepen the construction of the operational management system, continuously dismantle departmental silos, unblock operational chokepoints, and steadily enhance organizational synergy and the level of refined operations management. Second, through reform and innovation, substantially elevate the digitalization of production management and warehousing‑logistics functions, while vigorously advancing supply-chain optimization to reduce costs and boost efficiency. Third, in the core seasoning business, increase investment, continuously strengthen brand equity, product competitiveness, and channel capabilities, foster coordinated online‑offline efforts, and markedly improve the efficiency of new‑product R&D and the commercialization of market‑driven results. Fourth, consolidate and expand our presence in the technology sector, striving for new breakthroughs in scale and profitability. Fifth, intensify international market expansion, increase export volumes, and bolster the Lotus brand’s global recognition and reputation. Sixth, reinforce intellectual‑property protection, establish robust, long‑term mechanisms for anti‑counterfeiting and rights enforcement, build a comprehensive brand‑protection framework, and resolutely curb the rampant proliferation of counterfeit goods and illegal sales.

After hearing the comprehensive work report, Li Houwen delivered an important address titled “Deeply Cultivating Dual-Drive Strategies, Anchoring a Five-Year Blueprint, and Striving to Write a New Chapter of High-Quality Development for Lianhua.”

Li Houwen, on behalf of the Board of Directors, first expressed full recognition of the company’s operational achievements in the first half of the year. He noted that 2026 will be a pivotal year for deepening the “Consumption + Technology” dual‑engine strategy and also marks the launch of the company’s new five‑year development plan. This meeting serves both to review the first‑half performance, outline key priorities for the second half, and ensure the successful attainment of the year’s objectives, as well as to lay a solid foundation for a strong start to the new five‑year plan.

With regard to effectively advancing key tasks in the second half of the year and the overall development plan for the next five years, Li Houwen put forward four principles of steadfast adherence.

I. Uphold the dual‑engine approach, maintain strategic resolve, and work diligently to turn our five-year development blueprint into a tangible reality. We will drive steady, upward growth in our core businesses of seasonings and food products, scaling them up and strengthening them by both leveraging our traditional strengths and continuously cultivating new ones, thereby consolidating and expanding our innovation achievements. At the same time, we will solidly fortify our technological capabilities, consistently enhance our core competitiveness, build systemic advantages, and bolster both our capacity for scientific and technological innovation and our ability to expand business operations, significantly increasing their share of the company’s overall revenue and profitability.

II. Uphold a long-term, sustained effort and continue to press ahead, striving to write a new chapter in Lianhua’s high-quality development. In the core businesses of seasonings and food products, we will remain committed to cultivating sectors with enduring value and continuously strengthen Lianhua’s core competitiveness. Key priorities include launching innovative new products, expanding and refining new distribution channels, and fostering fresh growth drivers. In the technology sector, our focus will be on computing‑power infrastructure, AI‑related software and hardware solutions, and leveraging industrial investments to enter emerging technology fields. We will pay particular attention to investment opportunities in areas such as semiconductor chip packaging materials and equipment—sectors characterized by robust technological barriers and capable of addressing critical bottlenecks—thereby helping the company establish a differentiated competitive edge in the AI technology space, especially in the realm of next‑generation AI materials.

III. Uphold the advantages of the listed‑company platform and achieve new progress in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. In the second half of the year and over the coming period, focusing on the two major growth drivers—consumption and technology—we will proactively seize M&A and restructuring opportunities, striving for breakthroughs across three key dimensions: major strategic acquisitions in our core businesses, synergistic applications of technology, and collaborative fund initiatives. By strengthening synergy, we will enhance corporate value, robustly propel the continued expansion and strengthening of our core businesses, and foster the growth and maturation of our technology‑related industries, ensuring that organic development and horizontal integration advance in tandem.

IV. Uphold deepening reform, invigorate organizational vitality, and continuously build a robust, comprehensive support system. In the next phase, priority areas for deepening reform should yield new, significant results in organizational optimization, talent management, talent development, personnel selection and appointment, performance appraisal and incentives, and compensation systems. We will further streamline the organizational structure, energize the organization, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of all employees. We will intensify efforts to attract top talent and refine our training mechanisms, establishing a multi‑age talent pool that adequately meets the company’s requirements for high‑quality growth. Building on existing compensation and equity‑based incentive schemes, we will further optimize the pay structure, enhance incentive measures, and more effectively inspire all employees to deliver outstanding results. We will ensure that those who dedicate themselves to the Lotus cause receive greater rewards, that those who are capable and achieve tangible outcomes stand out, and that high‑performing individuals are given greater opportunities to advance.

Li Houwen concluded by emphasizing that, as long as we remain steadfast in our efforts, vigorously advance the dual‑engine strategy of “consumption plus technology,” stay true to our five-year development blueprint, maintain unwavering resolve, and press ahead with determination, we will surely overcome all challenges, seize development opportunities, win the critical opening battle of the new five-year plan, turn ambitious goals into concrete achievements, and energetically write a new chapter in Lianhua’s high‑quality development.
