Employees across Lianhua Holdings have remained steadfast on the production front lines, braving the sweltering heat to ensure smooth operations and drive business performance. On July 15, Zeng Yanshuo, Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the Safety Committee of Lianhua Holdings, led a team to visit the factory floor, offering condolences and encouragement to workers who continue to hold their posts in extreme heat, while also conducting safety‑production inspections. Senior company executives and heads of relevant departments attended the event.

Zeng Yanshuo and his delegation visited the production center, the warehousing and logistics center, and other frontline work sites. They engaged in cordial conversations with workers toiling under high temperatures, thoroughly reviewed the implementation of on-site operating procedures during heatwaves, shift‑rotation schedules, and measures to prevent heat‑related illnesses and ensure adequate cooling, and conducted a meticulous inspection of workplace safety practices.

At the scene, Zeng Yanshuo issued specific directives on high-temperature safety production and employee protection. He emphasized that all units must firmly assume their primary responsibility for workplace safety, with management personnel across production, storage and transportation, loading and unloading, and sales lines required to be stationed on-site and take proactive, front-line duties. In the face of sustained extreme summer heat, employees’ lives and health must always be prioritized; emergency response plans for high-temperature operations should be refined and improved; production schedules must be scientifically optimized, and staggered work and commuting arrangements fully implemented to effectively reduce labor intensity during peak heat periods and mitigate safety risks such as heatstroke. Meanwhile, he instructed the logistics support departments to closely monitor frontline workers’ needs, ensure adequate supplies for heat prevention, continuously enhance on-site cooling conditions, and provide meticulous, well‑coordinated ancillary services, thereby safeguarding both workplace safety and employee health.
