On July 8, the award ceremony for the 2025 “Henan Corporate Social Responsibility Enterprise” and “Outstanding Entrepreneur in Henan’s Social Responsibility” selection—jointly hosted by the Henan Daily, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Henan Provincial Government, the Henan Development and Reform Commission, and the Henan Academy of Social Sciences—was held at the Yellow River Welcome Hotel in Zhengzhou. Lotus Holdings was honored with the 2025 “Henan Corporate Social Responsibility Enterprise” Award for its remarkable achievements in social responsibility, corporate governance, and economic contributions. Meanwhile, Li Houwen, Chairman of the company, was presented with the 2025 “Outstanding Entrepreneur in Henan’s Social Responsibility” Award in recognition of his exceptional contributions to fulfilling social responsibilities, strengthening corporate governance, deepening reform and innovation, and promoting local economic development. Mei Shenlin, Director and Chief Operating Officer of the company, attended the ceremony.

In recent years, the selection initiatives for “Henan’s Socially Responsible Enterprises” and “Henan’s Entrepreneurs with Outstanding Contributions to Social Responsibility” have grown increasingly attractive and enjoyed steadily rising credibility, vividly embodying the sense of responsibility and commitment of Henan’s enterprises and entrepreneurs in the new era. Officially launched in March this year, the program received applications from more than 200 companies, over 100 entrepreneurs, and more than 80 exemplary cases. Following rigorous document reviews and expert evaluations, the final winners were announced as “Henan’s Socially Responsible Enterprises” and “Henan’s Entrepreneurs with Outstanding Contributions to Social Responsibility.” The company was honored with both prestigious awards, a testament to the high recognition it has earned from authoritative institutions and all sectors of society for its business performance and its effective fulfillment of social responsibilities.

As a time-honored domestic brand with over four decades of history, Lianhua Holdings has, since its establishment in 1983, consistently contributed to local industrial development, job creation, and fiscal revenue growth.
