Lotus Holdings Held 2024 New Employee Induction Training Activity

In order to help new employees better adapt to the new working environment and integrate into the Lotus family faster, Lotus Holdings held the "Lotus Lecture Hall" and the training activities for new employees in the first half of 2024 from July 30 to 31. Wang Jin, chief talent officer of the company, Tian Li, chief manufacturing officer, and Yang Weifeng, deputy secretary of the party committee and vice chairman of the trade union, attended the opening ceremony. The company's party committee and human resources department, party and mass work office, production center, brand planning department, R & D and quality control center, financial management department and other relevant functional department heads or business backbones attended the meeting and gave lectures. New employees from marketing center, production center and some functional departments participate in training activities.

On-site teaching

The training lasted for two days, including enterprise development process, development strategy, brand culture, system process, product system, growth sharing, production management and factory observation and other business development.

New employees have said that this training is rich in content and has benefited a lot.
