Zheng Dezhou, on behalf of the company's Safety Committee, presented the "2024 Annual Safety Production Firefighting and Emergency Management Work Report," first providing a comprehensive summary of the achievements in safety production, firefighting, and emergency management in 2024, while also outlining specific measures for areas that need improvement. Regarding the key work for 2025, Zheng Dezhou proposed 15 specific work deployments, emphasizing the company's determination and actions to keep safety production, firefighting, and emergency management work "always on the road," never forgetting that operational safety is the greatest achievement and the primary responsibility. The company will make the safety production, firefighting, and emergency management work in 2025 more effective, contributing to the company's high-quality leap-forward development.

After listening to the relevant work reports, Li Bin delivered an important speech, first affirming the various measures taken and the achievements made by the company in safety production, firefighting, and emergency management over the past year. Li Bin emphasized that the requirements for safety production, firefighting, and emergency management are the most basic principles for engaging in related specific work, and all personnel must hold themselves to higher standards, implementing comprehensively, timely, and strictly. Regarding the relevant work for 2025, Li Bin made two points:

First, we must truly prioritize safety production work in our mindset. There are no ifs or assumptions in safety production work, only results or consequences. Any problem in safety production is a major issue, with consequences that a company or a family cannot bear. We must not harbor luck or complacency; we will never sacrifice safety for development, never leave room for safety hazards, and never let safety supervision become a formality, always placing safety production management work at the top priority.

Second, we must always maintain a "zero" mindset. Work achievements must be dynamically reset to zero; past zero accidents only represent the past, and we must start from zero; safety hazards must be dynamically cleared. We must adhere to the "Four Comprehensives" principle, achieving comprehensive coverage in inspections, comprehensive rectification in all areas, comprehensive prevention in all aspects, and comprehensive responsibility across the entire chain. Strictly implement guidance and inspections for firefighting work in all units and departments, strictly enforce the safety and firefighting responsibility system at each position, and ensure that responsibilities are implemented at every position, every link, and for every manager and responsible person.

Li Bin finally emphasized that safety production work is the lifeline of enterprise operation and development, and it must be pursued relentlessly, with a firm awareness of responsibility at all times. All units must firmly uphold the bottom line of safety production, taking practical actions to solidly carry out safety production, firefighting, and emergency management work, consolidating the stable situation of safety production, and making new outstanding contributions to the company's high-quality leap-forward development.

At the meeting, Li Bin signed safety production responsibility letters and safety firefighting responsibility letters with the company's management team and relevant units. The meeting also arranged for thematic learning on safety production firefighting and emergency management.
