On March 26, 2025, the 2025 International Sichuan Cuisine Seasoning Industry Conference was successfully held in Chengdu. This conference was guided by the China Condiment Association and the People's Government of Wenjiang District, Chengdu, hosted by the Sichuan Provincial Chuanlian Sichuan Cuisine Seasoning Chamber of Commerce, and co-organized by the Chengdu Wenjiang District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the Chengdu Wenjiang High-tech Industrial Park Management Committee, and the Chengdu Wenjiang District Investment Promotion Bureau. Special support was provided by the China Condiment Association Compound Seasoning Professional Committee, the China Condiment Association Hot Pot Seasoning Professional Committee, and the China Condiment Association Spice Professional Committee.

Bai Yan, President of the China Condiment Association; Gong Chunming, Deputy District Head of the People's Government of Wenjiang District, Chengdu; Xiang Cong, Director of the Chengdu Wenjiang District Market Supervision Bureau; and nearly 500 professionals from production enterprises, research institutes, and various levels of news media attended the meeting. Mei Shenlin, Chief Operating Officer of the company, was invited to attend the meeting and was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Fourth Session of the China Condiment Association Compound Seasoning Professional Committee.

The newly established China Condiment Association Compound Seasoning Professional Committee will continue to fully carry out relevant work in many aspects, including industry standard formulation, market research, technological development, Brand building, industry exchanges, talent cultivation, and cultural promotion. It is committed to comprehensively improving the overall Brand image of the compound seasoning industry and continuously meeting the people's higher pursuit of a better life.
