On the morning of March 4th, Lianhua Holdings held a celebration for International Women's Day and a commendation conference. The company's Party Secretary and Union Chairman Guo Jian, Chief Operating Officer Mei Shenlin, Senior Vice President Zeng Yanshuo, Chief Financial Officer Yu Teng, and Chief Manufacturing Officer Tian Li attended the meeting. Female employees who were awarded the title of "March 8th Red Banner Holder," relevant department heads, and employee representatives participated in the conference. The company's Chief Talent Officer Wang Jin read the "Decision on Commending the March 8th Red Banner Holders." The Deputy Party Secretary and Union Vice Chairman Yang Weifeng presided over the meeting.

In this commendation event, six comrades from the Marketing Center, International Business Center, Production Center, Smart Fertilizer, and Financial Management Department were awarded the title of "March 8th Red Banner Holder" by Lianhua Holdings.

At the meeting, Guo Jian, in his speech, fully affirmed the important contributions made by the majority of female employees to the company's operational development, extended warm holiday wishes to the female colleagues fighting on various fronts on behalf of the company, and congratulated the advanced individuals who were recognized! In the new year, it is hoped that the majority of female colleagues will continue to carry forward the spirit of "self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance, and self-improvement," and strive to make new and greater contributions to the company's high-quality development.

At the meeting, a special training on women's health knowledge was also held as part of the "Lianhua Lecture Hall."
