On March 30th, the 7th iSEE Global Awards Ceremony was grandly held at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. This year's ceremony attracted 4678 entries from over 70 countries and regions worldwide. After nearly 7 months of three rounds of rigorous review, a batch of industry-leading innovation benchmarks were finally selected.

As an international leading and authoritative award originating from China and expanding to the world, the iSEE Global Awards adheres to the principles of "international standards + independent and authoritative review + non-commercialization," establishing two major awards: the iSEE Global Food Innovation Award and the iSEE Global Deliciousness Award.

Following the Lotus Matsutake Fresh winning a 3-star iSEE Global Deliciousness Award last year, this year, Lianhua Holdings has a total of 8 products winning iSEE Global Deliciousness Awards.

Among them, Lotus Tomato Ketchup and Lotus Matsutake Blanching Sauce won 3-star iSEE Global Deliciousness Awards; Lotus Zero-Additive Premium Brewed Soy Sauce, Lotus Matsutake Vegetarian Oyster Sauce, and Lotus Scallion Oil Blanching Sauce won 2-star iSEE Global Deliciousness Awards; and Lotus Parsley Garlic Salt, etc., won 1-star iSEE Global Deliciousness Awards.

This year's award-winning works collectively reflect the five major innovation trends in the current food industry: health upgrades, cultural confidence, technological reconstruction, supply chain upgrades, and emotional value mining.
