On the evening of April 29, Lianhua Holdings released its 2024 annual report and 2025 first-quarter report. The report shows that in 2024, Lianhua Holdings achieved operating revenue of 2.646 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.98%; net profit attributable to the parent company reached 203 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 55.92%, setting a new historical high.

In the first quarter of 2025, Lianhua Holdings achieved operating revenue of 794 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 37.77%; net profit attributable to the parent company reached 101 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 105.19%, also setting a new historical high.

Overall, the company's main business maintained strong growth, its computing power business emerged strongly, achieving high-quality development acceleration, its brand revitalization strategy achieved significant results, a dual-engine driven development pattern has been formed and is becoming increasingly refined.

The latest statistics from the China Condiment Association show that among 18 listed condiment companies (A-share market), Lianhua Holdings ranked first in both 2024 and the first quarter of 2025 in terms of year-on-year growth rate of operating revenue; and ranked second in terms of year-on-year growth rate of net profit. Net profit reached a new historical high in both periods, and the company continues to lead the industry in its operational development.
