Job Description

Responsibilities:

1, in accordance with the company's overall development strategy planning, looking for high-quality M & A targets in related industries nationwide, and conducting preliminary analysis of suitable projects;

2. Participate in the collection and analysis of project-related materials and information, and prepare the project feasibility study report;

3. Conduct market research, investigation, evaluation, due diligence, participation in investment negotiations and risk control and management before, during and after the investment;

4. Complete other work arranged by superior leaders.

Requirements:

1, more than 5 years of financial, accounting firm background, or securities investment banking or equity investment experience;

2. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in economics, finance, investment and other related fields is preferred;

3, there are rich listed companies and brokerage investment bank network resources.
