1. Responsibilities:

1, according to the company's development strategy and investment work plan, participate in the collection and analysis of various types of investment projects, participate in the pre-project business negotiations;

2, participate in due diligence and value assessment, with the writing of project project reports and investment proposals and other project documents;

3. Assist in expanding and maintaining the company's external resources, and maintain daily communication and business cooperation with relevant agencies;

4, responsible for the investment project work data collation, classification and filing;

2. job requirements:

1. Have industrial background of science and technology company, bachelor degree or above, bachelor degree in computer, communication, electronics and other related majors;

2. At least 2 years of technical work experience in the fields of computer, communication and software (artificial intelligence), as well as certain financial and financial knowledge and equity investment experience in the primary market, and experience in technology and product solutions of cloud computing enterprises;
