Hangzhou Lotus Technology Innovation Co., Ltd. (Lotus Health wholly-owned subsidiary) liquid cooling engineer job recruitment:

1. Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the operation and maintenance management of HVAC infrastructure in the data center in the region, and master the equipment configuration, parameter setting, equipment operation logic and BA operation logic of the center;

2, responsible for the HVAC equipment fault handling audit within the jurisdiction, to ensure that the data center fault handling is perfect;

3. Be responsible for analyzing problems such as abnormal and fault of HVAC equipment in the jurisdiction area, confirm the cause of the problem, and avoid repeated faults;

4. Be responsible for HVAC risk investigation within the jurisdiction area, formulate data center output risk treatment plan, risk rectification and closed loop;

5. Be responsible for the technical preparation of HVAC change plan in the jurisdiction area, analyze the risk of change plan and formulate risk response measures;

6. Be responsible for the promotion and implementation of HVAC special topics in the jurisdiction area, update and implement various technical standards;

7. Be responsible for the assessment of the technical ability of the duty team within the jurisdiction area, and evaluate the ability of the duty team personnel;

8. Responsible for the optimization and improvement of HVAC BA system in the jurisdiction area, responsible for HVAC related data analysis, fault prediction and event analysis according to HVAC related data;

9. Effectively support the implementation of inter-professional projects in the region, and maintain good communication and coordination with various professions and departments;

10. Responsible for the HVAC technical support of engineering projects in the region, including but not limited to project drawing review, construction confirmation, test coordination, etc;

2. job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, HVAC, thermal, mechanical and other related professional background

2. Having five years or more of relevant medium/large-scale HVAC system infrastructure operation and maintenance experience, and participating in the inspection, commissioning and acceptance of HVAC equipment factory as Party A;

3, high awareness of security risks, to ensure the safety and reliability of data center operations;

4. Be familiar with professional knowledge including management and maintenance of centrifugal/screw chillers, water pumps, cooling towers, precision air conditioners, AHU, BA logic and thresholds, be familiar with liquid cooling and fluorine pump cooling technologies, master different chilled water system architecture forms and operation characteristics of data centers, and have the ability to independently judge HVAC system failures and analyze the causes of hydraulic imbalance;

5. Understand TIA-942, GB/T50174-2017 and other data center related standards, and understand the relevant specifications and requirements in ASHRAE standards, such as AHRI550/590,CTI and other related standards; Understand GB/T51314-2018, CQC8302-2018 and other data center maintenance standards;

6, can effectively and comprehensively carry out HVAC related technical work, including fault analysis, risk investigation, risk response, emergency plan, change audit and remote assistance, etc;

7. Be able to effectively carry out supplier management in the jurisdiction area, ensure that the maintenance and repair services of HVAC equipment meet the operation and maintenance requirements of the data center, and approve the technical support capabilities of each supplier;

8, can analyze the health of HVAC equipment operation in the jurisdiction area, and put forward rectification plan for the problem and complete the problem rectification;

9, with energy consumption analysis, capacity analysis related experience, to ensure that the data center of the HVAC equipment in the safe operation range, and improve the overall operating efficiency;

10, have good writing ability, can according to the company's management requirements, data center operation and maintenance needs, customer needs, the preparation and development of all kinds of HVAC technology management standards and implementation standards and other materials;

11. Good communication skills, able to coordinate and communicate with internal/suppliers/service providers/customers and other relevant parties;

12. Strong sense of responsibility, closed-loop awareness, able to firmly promote and implement the update of technical standards in the region, and ensure the implementation of HVAC management in each data center;

13, in addition to the data center HVAC operation and maintenance experience, with data center HVAC planning and design, engineering implementation and other related experience is preferred;

14. Language Requirements: Proficient in Chinese \English reading, writing, application and communication; At the same time, Cantonese is preferred;

15. Engineer or above is preferred.
